"Silvestre" Cabernet Sauvignon - a young, clean fruity wine with a clear identification of the terroir. The grapes are harvested in April at the peak of ripeness. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in yeast 28-30 ° C in stainless steel tanks for 5 days. After maceration at controlled temperature and pressed with a pneumatic press, 40% of the wine matured in French and American oak barrels for 4 months.
